BETA TESTING NOTICE
ToadLaw is currently in beta testing. All users will receive free premium membership for the duration of the trial. Premium access will expire when the website is fully launched.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ToadLaw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Description of Service
ToadLaw provides a legal research platform for DemocracyCraft, offering case search, legal document analysis, and other legal research tools. During the beta testing period, all features including premium services are available to all users at no cost.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
When using ToadLaw, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Beta Testing Period
During the beta testing period:

- Your feedback is encouraged and valuable to us
- Premium access will expire when ToadLaw officially launches

All content, features, and functionality of ToadLaw, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Toad Corp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of ToadLaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ToadLaw is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, especially during the beta testing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toad Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
